All materials will be provided, including herbs and flowers to create our prayer bundle.

Participants are welcome to bring their own pencils, colored pens, or crayons that they love, as these will be used to craft their personal intentions, although we will have some available. 

You are encouraged to bring an herb, spice, or flowers of special meaning which will be incorporated into the bundle. Ideally, this would be something of personal significance to one or more of your ancestors. For example, cinnamon might connect you with your grandmother’s apple pie, or zinnias might remind you of your family’s cottage garden. 

We will begin indoors at Casa Colum to learn about the practice, craft our intentions, and set the energy for the ceremony.

The ritual will conclude outdoors at Signal Hill with a fire ceremony. Please dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions. In the event of truly inclement weather, we will determine on-site the final portion of the ceremony.
